good capoeira book/DVD ?

    Hi Stephane,

    Do you want to learn about the culture or how to play capoeira? There are several books about the history, philosophy and culture by Nestor Capoeira, who is a mestre himself and has many connections to the community in Brazil (his son is also an incredible capoeirista). We wrote Capoeira: Roots of the Dance-Fight-Game and the Little Capoeira Book. I'm not sure about what are the best dvds. Good luck.
